The names and email addresses submitted to CNR-IFAC will be used solely for CNR-IFAC’s stated purposes above mentioned and not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party, excluding legal obligations.
 
For how long a time shall we conserve your data?
CNR-IFAC will not conserve your personal data any longer than is necessary, anyway non more than 5 (five) years after your registration.
If requested by the law or if it is reasonably necessary in order to satisfy the prescriptive requisites, resolve controversies, avoid frauds and abuses or apply  our policies, we may conserve several of your data for a limited period of time, even after  your account has been closed or it is no longer necessary to have contact.
 
Optional character of handling data
In addition to what is specified for navigation data, the contribution of data by means of the forms presented on the web site or the communications transmitted on a voluntary basis by the same user to CNR-IFAC, it always has an optional nature; nonetheless, in the case of a failure to confirm  contribution of the data counter-marked as obligatory to the inner part of the request forms, the CNR-IFAC will not be able to supply the User with the service requested.
